Rio B - $900/month

Hello! My name is Rio, and I currently work at a luxury hotel in the Dallas Arts District. I’m looking for a room to rent that will allow me to keep my two dogs, Charlie and Caleb. They are house broken and trained, being 3 and 2 years old respectively. I am a tidy person, I work different shifts between 6 am and midnight, and do Lyft on the side a couple of days a week. My dogs are very socialized to children and other dogs- and they grew up around my nieces and my sisters service dogs. I have no problem with sharing house duties according to a schedule, and being friends with my roommate. My goal is to have a safe space where both of us aim to maintain peace, cleanliness, and fun in the home. I’m looking to move January of 2024. Please reach out if you’re interested!
