I’m returning to school full time at Seneca to study electromechanical engineering technology - automation (EMA) and am looking for something that’s close to the subway line and my school. Im interested in renting a 3 bdrm or 2 bdrm + den and subletting.

Looking for like minded roommates interested in apartment hunting with me. I figure that’s better than renting some dingy basement. Looking to create a chill, relaxed and safe place to unwind, with moderately sociable roommates that don’t mind chatting and cooking dinner together every now and then. I like to cook and share food. I’m friendly, funny, and very gregarious once you get to know me. Although I like my space too, so I’ll understand if you do too.

I’m also very clean. I’m the kind of roommate that rather than getting on someone to clean up “their half” I’ll just do a deep clean of the whole kitchen. I’m a less talking more action type of cleaner, which I find is the best way to avoid “your half/my half” type conflicts.
