Currently occupied by two professionals and longtime friends (attorney, analyst; both 35), who are courteous, friendly, down to earth, low-key. Also have a pretty awesome rescue dog, Leda, a Jindo, bit of a couch potato.

Looking for a considerate, clean roommate. Utilities split evenly. WiFi is excellent. No cable but plenty of streaming services/Google Chromecast.

The house is located in Jersey City Heights, a 10 minute walk from the 9th Street Light Rail station in Hoboken. Several bus lines to the city (85, 87) and Journal Square (83) pick up at the corner. \

House is only 5 years old. Pristine condition -- central A/C, all hardwood floors, new appliances, tons of natural light.

While the bedroom is unfurnished, the rest of the house will be (mostly) fully furnished.
