My name is Sam Stults. I am not the property owner, but am in charge of monthly rent for the house. The house is located in Belmar, downtown Lakewood. It’s a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath, 3-story row house. There is a garage and upstairs balcony.
I currently live here with 2 tenants: my girlfriend Ziana and my friend Ja. We have occupied 3 rooms in the house and are offering the 4 bedroom for $700 a month. Utilities, trash, snow removal, and AC filter change are included.
I am in graduate school, my girlfriend is in college, and Ja is an assistant manager at a dispensary.
My girlfriend has a cat and I’m planning on getting dogs.
There is parking on the street in front of the house, and in back near the garage.
We all smoke weed and play video games, so the house is all chill vibes.
The bedroom itself is unfurnished, but common areas will be.
All we ask is that you help with cleaning, communicate with us well, and pay rent on time. Other than that, if you prefer to keep to yourself, that’s totally fine.
