Looking for a comfortable, furnished room in Fresno? I've got you covered! I travel for work, and I'm looking to fill my extra bedrooms with qualified roommates.

I have 3 furnished private rooms (queen bed, dresser, nightstand) on the 2nd story in a 2 story home. All bills included (electricity, water, internet, etc). All rooms have private locks for extra security.

Shared Spaces: Access to kitchen, full bathroom & gameroom upstairs, 1/2 bathroom downstairs, living room, laundry, and backyard.

Easy access to local shopping, dining, and major highways via Fort Bend Tollway

Pets: Small breeds dogs only will be considered on a case by case basis, and must be housebroken and up to date on shots. Pets will need to sleep in owners room. I do have 2 Chihuahuas and a Yorkie, who will be with me downstairs when I'm home. They are not allowed upstairs so they will not disturb you.

Smoker? I am a non smoker, so please smoke/vape in garage or outside.

Short term rentals welcome, $350 per week.
