3 blocks from the beach, near Urth Caffe Santa Monica, Whole foods, metro Expo Line, Santa Monica Pier etc…near to everything!! :) Very fun area!!! I’m renting it asap now May the 4th, I ask for $1395 rent and $995 deposit. Rent is just for the room, it has fridge, bathroom, walking closet, firm twin mattress worth $1000. Bathroom is inside of the room but I can use the bathroom in the building as well:) There is a chance to split the room next month with student for $795 But is optional
