Hi! I'm a relaxed outgoing person who appreciates both quiet time and a house comfortable with having guests over.

I keep clean and pick up after myself.
I have no problem taking on my portion of the house work and operate on open communication if there are any issues.

I also have no issue chipping in for furniture or things to make the house homey.

I've lived for the past two years with some close friends and I loved having guests over and hosting game nights and the occasional party, but we always made sure to keep the place clean and have plenty of time for ourselves. I enjoy listening to all different types of music and will do so at a loud volume occasionally. I also read a lot and own a PS4 which we currently use as the house entertainment system.

I'm a highly considerate person, but I like to have fun. I'm comfortable with all types of lifestyles, just no heroin, meth or pill addicts please (lol).

Hobbies: I'm an outdoorsy person, play tennis, go for hikes, the gym, learning guitar.

Also looking for the master bedroom if that's an option but i'll take what I can get.

I'm completely new to the area, btw, moving for work.
