Available Room for Rent

Hello, my wife and I (LGBTQ couple) are looking for one more roommate (single person). We are located in Parker off of Parker Road and E470. We own our 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo. Rent would be $1,500 a month which includes utilities. This includes a private room and a bathroom. We have a washer and dryer in the unit. We have one small dog (11 lbs.) and she is very friendly and does not roam the condo when one of us is not home. We are willing to reduce rent by a certain amount if you’d be willing to watch our dog on occasion, but this is in no way required. I have two full time jobs, and my wife also has two full time jobs. We are also part-time students in our mid-twenties. We are looking to occupy our spare room sometime between December 2nd and any time after. We would like people who are comfortable signing a 12-month lease but are flexible to any length of stay and can adjust the lease to reflect whatever we agree on. We’d love to meet up and discuss specifics then we can also schedule a time to see the place and hopefully answer any questions you may have.
