Looking For One Roommate to Split My Apartment's Cost With
Hi! I'm looking for one roommate for my apartment that I just started leasing at the Malloy! Rent would cost $705/month+utilities (September-June) and I fully furnished the apartment, so it is move-in ready. Here's the address if you want to check it out: 4337 15th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105. The apartment is next door to the university bookstore and walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, and shops on the Ave. It is a two minute walk to campus and less than 5 minutes away from the business school and Greek Row. There's also laundry in the building, and access to a private gym and some study areas. I am an undergraduate freshman this year at the UW from out of state, and will be studying business administration. Looking for a roommate who preferably is doing some sort of school at the UW, but don't really care if you're not. Also if you wanted to move in before September that would be perfectly fine too!
