Hello there, two roomies (females) here looking for a third roommate. The place is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located borderline Logan Square/ Avondale area. Washer and dryer are in unit. Street parking is available, non permit, on a quiet street. The Belmont blue line stop is 0.5mil away- 10 min walk. The pictures included above are from when we first moved in. The place is fully furnished now- minus bedrooms. The room for rent is a standard room can easily fit a queen sized bed, a dresser, etc. with a big closet.
