I'm looking for a liberal female room mate for a two bed, shared bath condo, centrally located on Sarasota Fl. I live in the condo; it's my year round home. Near all major hospitals, beaches and close to the Sarasota/Tampa/St. Pete Airports. Must be mature, no pets, employed, healthy and flexible. I have a very friendly cat; he is 13 and can't have another pet in the unit. The condo has off street parking, up a set of concrete steps on the second floor, on site (Not in unit) laundry for a dollar in quarters a load, a clubhouse, pool, fitness room, and activities on site. I'm quiet, a pescaterian, liberal, and love animals, working out, cooking, reading, and learning.
