Looking for 1–2 people to fill a 11'x16' (176 sq/ft) room in a 5 bedroom house with other SDSU Students (2 girls, 2 guys already there)
The house has a comfortable shared living room and full kitchen with two refrigerators. There's also an garage hangout space with tons of musical gear and instruments. We have a nice turf backyard and large grass frontyard. In the garage we have a brand-new washer and dryer. The room shares a bathroom with just one other person. The house is kept clean and we all like to pitch in on making that happen.
Parking: 2 spots on the property + 4 extra passes for nearby street parking.
