Hey there! Looking for a nerdy, queer-friendly, collaborative, and generally tidy roommate to join me on the new 5/1 lease for this beautiful little patio-level two-bedroom apartment.

Specifically, this is a listing for an available room (dimensions 11' x 10') in that apartment, which is along the new Somerville Community Path and a ten-minute walk from Davis Square, Porter, and Ball Square, which each have a T station into Boston and Cambridge.

Rent is $1025/mo, and all utilities are included (except internet). The lease is for one year, and requires First and Last Month upfront (so, $2050).

My previous roommate has already left, so the new tenant can move in as early as they would like, and won't have to pay for rent for that period of time in April.

The apartment includes a beautiful tile shower, FREE in-unit laundry, and a dishwasher. We have access to a little back yard patio that I personally take care of as well. It's great for summer cookouts!

I do have a kitty here - his name is Ziggy, and he loves meeting new people! I just wanted folks to be aware.

Lastly, about me! :) I'm a sociable, friendly roommate. I'm queer-ish, I love making friends, I dabble in the kink and polyamorous community, and I'm really into video games and anime. I'm also very responsible, organized and clean, and expect my roommate to be the same.
