I have a 2 bdrm apartment in Prospect Heights where I am looking to gain a roommate and sublet one bedroom.

The bedroom has one window facing the street, and a closet in the hallway. The room is on the cozy side but fits a Queen bed and small furniture.

The building is prewar, and the apt is a 2nd-floor walk-up featuring wood floors and baseboard heat. There is also a countertop dishwasher in the kitchen to make things easier. Electric, Gas, and Internet are split utilities between the roommates, while water is included.

The main attraction in the summer is our perfect stoop. You will often see a crowd of people gathered after a Liberty game when the weather is nice.

The apartment location is everything! Located behind the Barclays Center you are 3 minutes away from the B, Q, N, R,4,3,2, and 10 minutes away from the A/C and G. *There is also the Bergen 2/3 on the corner 30 seconds away.

The perfect renter of this apartment would be someone like the characters on Broad City. Someone who is in the city to have fun, maybe needs quick access to the trains or is in school. With this location, you can go next door to a NY Liberty Game, catch a concert, or jump on the train. Everything is right here!
