Looking for a roommate for minimum 6 months starting 1st June for a room in 2 Bedroom 1 bath Basement Suite located in Kitsilano area close to UBC. The room is fully furnished and the entire suite as well. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the pots/pans, dishes etc. required. You just need to take care of your own groceries, toiletries and cleaning supplies. The rent is $1300/month including all utilities $650 deposit to hold the room. The suite has a full access to big backyard. Parking is available on street if needed. Safe neighbourhood/school area. No pet/no smoking allowed no parties. This bedroom is for single occupancy only so NO couples please. 8 mins drive to UBC so perfect for university students, Bus stop right outside the house.
