Hey I have 3bd 2ba house off 75 near uptown. I live here with my pets. (A dog & rabbit) One room in September. With front bathroom. Addtl. Space for your office/computer/storage needs. It was built in the 40's and definitely is a fixer upper but that just means if you want to paint your room or do something to express yourself, you have a blast! When possible im doing repairs or planning them. 420. Pet friendly.
Location is great! 5-10 minutes to Lower Greenville, Deep Ellum, Cedar Springs, all without highways. Less than 5 minutes to 75 and more easy highway access.
Roommates things will be removed - he is moving in September due to custody battle stuff. Getting his own place! Congrats! We are friends who have co-lived together for years. Bed available to stay if interested.
