I am currently looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom of my 2-bed apartment on the Upper West Side. And all common areas are to be shared, and rent will include all utilities. Room is available now.

Apartment has shared, separate eat-in kitchen with all appliances and cookware, shared bathroom with vanity storage and spacious shared living room. Apartment faces a courtyard; quiet setting. Rent includes utilities (Con Ed & Gas), cable and Wi-Fi. Elevator, laundry facilities in the building. Two blocks from the 1/2/3 subway line, and 10-15 walk to B/C.

Next to Riverside Park and the waterfront; conveniently located to grocery stores including a Trader Joe's, shops, and Central Park. Two blocks from health club. Nice neighbors. Interviewing by appointment. Looking for a fun, chill roommate, a good communicator, non-smoker, clean and respectful of the common areas. Looking for a long-term renter. Available now.

Renting Requirements *
Need 2-3 references. Roommate agreement will be drawn up. Requires first month's rent ($1,350) and a security deposit ($1,350) before move-in. Proof of income. Looking for long-term renter and looking to rent to 1 person only. No pets are allowed per my lease.
