We/Landlord live downstairs in private, unshared area with our own private interior door separating for everyone’s privacy. *The upstairs is a completely separate area that you share with 1 other renter has her own private master bedroom suite with her own private bath. ***You have the private den/office + private bedroom and your own private full bath… so a total of 3 private rooms are yours. You only share the upstairs full kitchen and washer/dryer with the other renter (female). We are all middle aged and older adults, quiet & easy going. Landlords have lived here for approx 20+ years. We know all our neighbors by name. The street is super quiet & is an interior “circle” street. The park across the street has a neighborhood pool (requires joining). We prefer 6 months rental, $1000 deposit, no pets pls. Covid responsible pls.
