Available Room for Rent

Room for rent in convenient location near max and providence hospital.

I have an unfurnished room for rent at the Frazier park apartments in NE Portland. The space is more like a town home as it is two levels with the two bedrooms and full bath on the top floor and the kitchen, living room, and half path down on the bottom level. The location is ideal for getting any where with the freeway ramps and public transit so close by. The back deck and outside of the apartment is loud, the space is backed up to the tracks and the freeway. On the inside it’s not very loud except for when the train comes by. As for what I am looking for I am fine with all walks of life and people and I myself and never home. I in fact really just come by to pick up packages or just pop in when I am in the area. So the space will really be yours. So I am looking for someone who will take care of things and not destroy the place as I am not ever home.
