I am a single woman with four grown adult children who do not live with me. I travel quite a bit.

I have three furnished units available for rent in my home located on the outskirts of Atlanta in Decatur. We are about 5 -10 minutes from midtown Atlanta. About a 3 minute drive from I-20.

The house is very large; 4 furnished bedrooms( One is rented), 4 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry room. We are a block away from a large lake with a walking path around it, and an international golf course.

The largest bedroom is as big as a small apartment with a large bathroom, small kitchenette and a balcony facing a greenspace. There are two smaller rooms that share a bathroom.

No smoking (tobacco or cannabis) allowed on premises, must smoke outside. Small Pets allowed with non-refundable deposit. Must dispose of dog waste at all times. One parking space per tenant on the driveway.

Options for 3-6-9-12 month leases. Preferably single and independent with no children. Rent includes all utilities, internet, cable and monthly cleanings with a security deposit. $200 non- refundable pet deposit.
