Hello there! I’m an incoming PhD student at the University of Houston, and I’m looking for a female roommate or a female-only shared place close to UH. I’m planning to move in August.

My budget is up to $900/month including utilities. I’m looking in areas such as EaDo, Medical Center, Montrose, Museum District, or anywhere safe with a reasonable commute to UH.

I’m looking for a cozy, clean, peaceful place, ideally with a private bathroom. I enjoy a quiet routine, keeping things organized, and living in a respectful and easygoing environment.

I’m not into parties or having a lot of guests over — I prefer a calm vibe at home. In my free time, I enjoy reading, studying, watching movies, and working out.
