You'll be joining two amazing apartment-mates too! Both are males in their 20s, respectful, clean, independent, and social. I've become friends with them since moving in and together we watch TV, play Mario Kart, and chat. There are never parties in the building, and though the apartment is across from the T, it's still easy to fall asleep.

For parking, Brookline outlaws parking overnight on the street, but there is an overnight parking lot next door, which requires a parking permit. Daytime street parking is metered (3-hour limit). Parking is free overnight. Otherwise, a different off-street parking spot is needed if you have a car.

Apartment is available to set up a tour! First, last, and security deposit needed for move-in. A background check is also required for credit check and criminal history, and tenant must be employed.
