Daniel D C - $1,900/month

Hi!

I'm Daniel, 28, both American & Brazilian and currently have been accepted as an exchange comp sci grad student at NYU for the upcoming university calendar year. I'm already in NYC, subletting a place during August and looking for either a month-to-month or somewhat more long term rental/sublease from September until around June 2024 maybe. By the way, I'd have proof of funds for this period, even though I'll be mostly taking courses and doing research work.

I'm organized and respectful, like to keep my room/apartment clean, and never bring the party home. Usually, I like to keep my apartment as a place to relax and wind down. However, I'm pretty social when out and love to meet new people. I've lived most of my life in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, even though being born in Minneapolis. I've ended up going to Germany for my studies, but that's a longer story altogether. I plan on staying in the city though after these terms, but that depends on some stuff. Anyways, there's that.

I'm into languages, fitness, stand-up comedy, soccer, films, culture and science. I also love animals and never had issues with a pet in my entire adult life. I'm pretty used to the roommate life, so I can without any issue go about my day without the expectation of a deeper friendship, but am always open to new connections if they happen organically. I also normally spend most of my time outside the house, I'm not a WFH type and tend to wake up early.
