I will be sharing my house, but also I will be gone to Europe, Spain, for long times. So you will be on your own.
I live in a very safe, quiet area next to Miami beaches, also very close to Miami downtown town. Very good location, because I am in the residential area of Miami beach.

Close to supermarkets,restaurants, buses,coffees, shops.
Walking 🚶‍♀️ distance 3 minutes, to the beach also walking distance 3 minutes.

I am looking for a clean, not smoking, not pets not parties person.

I like to have all clean an ordenaicy.

We will share bathroom, but with independence doors to go in.

Also we will share a big nice garden, living room, and kitchen.

There 2 bedroom.
My room mate will have the big room, with closet,double bed.Air conditioner. Really nice.
