Available Room for Rent

Roomate that doesn't need a lot

I am looking for a roommate that can speak both English and Spanish.
No kids or spouse living here with you (visiting is fine).
You will have a bedroom (furnished), bathroom (hallway), some dedicated space in kitchen.
I want a person who is ok with spending most of the time in their bedroom, since I use the living room as a play/entertaining area for my dog. -You are welcome to hang with us.
If you are looking for a super quite house to live than this is not the house for you. -I listen to a lot of different music through external speakers, not headphones.
I am very easy to talk with so if there’s ever anything I can help with I am available for the most part.
*Because this is a house you have access to front and back yard as desired
