Good afternoon My name is Ishana. I am a 39 y/o private chef. I have. 16 y/o daughter who lives with me part time. She is very quiet and respectful. The apartment is located in a quiet area a 5 min walk to Ashmont station. Plenty of on street parking available. The apartment has stainless steel appliances with granite countertops. The room available is a good size with a closet. It can fit a queen bed, dresser and desk easily. Rent is $1200 a month and is the same as the move in cost. Move in date is 10/1/21.
