I own a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath end-unit villa in Boynton Beach, and I'm looking for someone to take over my room. This is a rare find! I'm only moving out because I recently got married. ❤️

My roommate is absolutely wonderful, so whoever gets my room will be one lucky lady! She is in her 50s, a Southern belle from Texas, and truly one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. She's warm, fun, respectful, and loves everything from wine nights and beach days to cozy evenings at home. We spend a lot of time together, so it's almost like living with a mother figure who's also your best friend! She also loves to cook, which is definitely a bonus.
We're looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and values a peaceful home. We both travel frequently for work, so one of the biggest perks is that you'll often have the house mostly to yourself for stretches of time.

Our home is quiet, cozy, and lovingly referred to as our little beach bungalow. We enjoy our privacy but also love getting out for happy hours, golfing, beach days, and other fun activities. We aren't big on having guests over often, but if either of us plans to have someone over for family visits, dinner or an afternoon, we simply communicate and check in with each other first. Open communication and mutual respect are very important to us. We're both working professionals who truly value our downtime at home, so if that sounds like your lifestyle, we'd love to hear from you!

You would have the spacious master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and two closets. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the villa, giving each person plenty of privacy and making it feel like you're living alone at times. You'll also have parking in my garage or driveway, while my roommate has her own separate parking space.

You'll have full access to the living room, den, kitchen, laundry area, and back patio.

This home is truly my little oasis and holds a special place in my heart. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, gated, and very safe. For added peace of mind, the home is equipped with a modern security system. The community also offers a pool, tennis court, and wonderful walking paths for evening strolls or exercise.

The location couldn't be more convenient! You're just minutes from Sprouts, Publix, Whole Foods, gas stations, gyms, dry cleaners, restaurants, and just about anything else you could need. The beach is about a 15-minute drive away, and downtown Delray Beach is only about 20 minutes away, making it perfect for girls' nights out. (I usually Uber, and it's a quick, easy ride!)
