Hello girls!

I own a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath villa in Boynton Beach (end unit). No pictures posted yet because I will be down in the next couple weeks to take some! - just seeing what traction I get first.

This is a RARE find. My roommate is awesome, so whomever takes over my bedroom will be one lucky lady! I am officially moving out due to getting recently married!

My roommate is in her 50's, she's a southern bell from Texas! She warm and FUN and loves to go out for wine nights, or stay in! We do things together all the time so its kind of like having a mom figure in the house who's also a best friend! She lovessss to cook and she is just the kindest person. She is clean and respectful of my home so I want someone to move in who is the same. She and I both travel for work so a big perk is having most of the home to yourself for 2 weeks on/2 weeks off time to time! No pets, smoking or parties. We live a very quiet, cozy life in our beach bagalow (we call it!) We like our privacy but also go out and go to church, cocktail hours, beach days, golfing etc. We both are not super open to guests as we like our quiet but if we plan on having someone for dinner or an afternoon we always ask each other first. Lots of communication. We are working professionals and value our home time so If this seems like you, you might be a good fit!

You will have my master bedroom and master bath, with two closets! :D both bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home so it feels like you live alone sometimes and have your space/quiet. You will also be able to put your car in my garage/ or driveway. My roommate leaves hers in a separate spot. You will have access to the living room, den, kitchen and back patio of course!

Thos home is my little oasis, and is a very special place. I have wonderful neighbors, and its in a very safe neighborhood (gated community). I also have a Vivint security system for added peace of mind. There is a pool on site/tennis court and great walking area for evening or night exercise. I am super close to ANYTHING you need. Gas station, Sprouts, Publix, Whole Foods, gym dry cleaners etc. I am about a 15 min drive to the beach and about and about 20 min from downtown Delray for girls nights out! (I uber and its a quick drive).
