Two housemates are looking for a 3rd housemate in a house in Silver Lake. One of us is a preschool teacher, and currently is working on-site, and the other is in college and doing internships remotely. We're both artistically inclined and interested in music, film, photography etc. There are two cats in the house! They absolutely love people and getting pet. We ask that you are someone who likes cats and understands that they meow sometimes and want to cuddle and beg for food :). Since one of us (and sometimes both) works from home, we ask that you are quiet during the day if you are also working from home. Definitely no smoking in the house, no big drinkers. Right now we are 100% looking to have a housemate who is socially distancing and not traveling. Basically we want someone who is following Covid guidelines and very responsible about what is happening. We play it safe over here and would want someone living here with a similar philosophy. We're not having guests inside the house.

Beautiful Silver Lake house, need a Third Roomate
The house is 3 bedrooms, two living room spaces, 2 bathrooms a kitchen and dining area, fenced in front yard, front porch, back porch, back shed. We have washer and dryer in house and there are 2 parking spaces. We already have 2 cars at the house but parking can be rotated with street parking.
We live in Silver Lake with walking distance to many restaurants, shops etc. and a very short drive to hiking in Griffith Park.
The house is fully furnished (except for the room you would be renting). The room has a very large closet and there is enough room for a desk and a bed in the room. We have a large shed outside the back of the house that you can use to store anything.
Rent is $1200 a month and security deposit is $600. Rent is month to month with a written agreement that we or you can give 1 month's notice before moving out. We pay LADWP, SoCalgas and Spectrum Wifi. Usually bills run from $30-$110 per month per person depending on the month.
Please no pets, we already have 2 cats!

We cannot accept anyone who does not currently live in LA, we would like to meet you beforehand
