I am the owner of a Brownstone building in the Park Slope area of Brooklyn New York. I am 57 years old and I live on the First floor of the building but I am renting the entire 2nd floor. I am the owner so you will be dealing with me so no fees to pay. I am very reasonable and understanding and my building has tenants in the basement, 3rd floor and 4th floor and I live on the 1st floor. All tenants in the building are roommates sharing and are in the ages 29-37. There are no pets or children in the entire building.

Furnished apartment with Living room and Four bedrooms and except for the largest room in the apartment all other Bedrooms have a bed and furnishing in them which a new tenant can use. See the photos they show what you will get out of the place. Very quiet, safe and smoke free building with very nice and friendly people in and out.
