We are looking for a roommate with good communication, who craves a peaceful and clean home. We have friends over occasionally and don't mind if our roommate enjoys entertaining. We are happy to be friendly or keep to ourselves. We do have a cat, so being cat friendly is a must for you and any pets. We can have up to one more pet in the apartment for an additional $35/month.
The apartment is clean and bright with lots of plants and a fish tank. There is a couch that transforms to a comfortable bed for 2, a fully furnished kitchen with a nice coffee machine, a desk space for working or hobbies, and a balcony. You would have 1 room and bathroom to yourself, there is a good sized closet as well. The apartment has a pool, dog park, and a nice lake with trails to walk around!
