Hello, I am looking for a roommate to fill the master bedroom of our 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house in the outer sunset. This spacious room overlooks the ocean, comes with a walk-in closet and hard wood floors. It is the master bedroom located next to the other main bedroom in the house. The other 2 roommates are quiet yet outgoing and friendly. Ideally we seek another roommate that is laidback and mindful of shared space and willing to help with the general upkeep of the house/garage. Rent will be the same as the previous tenants which is $1500/mo. This is without utilities which is typically $100/mo & deposit which will be around $1650 initially which will be returned at the end of the lease period. 3 blocks from Ocean Beach, parking is quite easy to find compared to the other areas of SF. We have a backyard & large garage with plenty of space to store possessions & washer and dryer also.
