The kitchen is open to the large living room (also pictured).

NEIGHBORHOOD
We're extremely close to a bakery, great restaurants, organic coffee shops, local concert venues, and plenty of bodegas. It's quiet at night but with plenty of activity during the day.

ROOM
The photos may be confusing-- but the room consists of two walk-through rooms on the second floor, with a large closet in one, and a large southern exposure window facing the backyard (shown in the featured photo) in the other. It's perfect for someone who may want an attached office or a separate private space for hosting - or just some extra room! It's also the farthest away from the common area, so it's the quietest room. The second half bathroom is upstairs as well and directly next door.

ROOMMATES
We're two professional women working in publishing and the other in graphic design (and both of us have freelance pursuits outside of that). Both of us enjoy good food, having people over, and exploring the arts. We already have 1 old, quiet cat - so no more pets, sorry!
