Luxury Apartment in Norma Triangle

All the photos are from the listing when I moved in. I have been living here for about 6 months and I really enjoy it. I don't have a lot of stuff and I came from a place that was much smaller, so there is plenty of room to grow in the apartment.

It is a 2 bed 2 bath situation. I am currently residing in the master bedroom that has an attached bath and a balcony, but I am flexible with switching rooms if a couple wants this room or whatever. The other bedroom doesn't have a attached bath, but the bathroom might as well be because I never use it. I also do not care if you want to walk through my room to use the balcony, I am not a super private person and plan on being friends with my roommate.

The living room/dining room feels gigantic because I have a normal size couch and no dining room table. The kitchen is modern and decent size, I wish it had a pantry. There is enough room to get a stand-alone pantry, I just haven't made any major furniture decisions because it is plenty big for just me. A blank slate if you will, and more than willing to get new furniture if my future roommate would like more things.

Central air that actually works! and a fireplace that I have never used lol

It has an old coin laundry setup, but I don't mind. The complex isn't huge so it is always open when I need it and the store a block away lets you get rolls of quarters from them.
