Large private room available in Poway for ONE occupant! $100 of first month's rent!!! Complex has pool, laundry facility, 24/7 complex perimeter security cameras, and on site property manager. Unit is located on the second story, which is on the top floor. Common areas are fully furnished, the bedroom is unfurnished. You have your own bathroom, but we share the shower in it. Central AC/heat. Single F occupant only, no couples, kids, smokers, or pets. Lease is for 6 months and then turns into month to month. Deposit is $600 and first month's rent is required prior to signing lease and moving in. Proof of income required and make at least 2x rent. The only utilities we pay for is electricity and internet. Non smoking complex. No drugs, parties or heavy drinking. Home to a well behaved ESA cat, so will need to be okay with cats. I am a 33 year old female. I keep things clean and need someone who does as well. Must have a full time job away from home.
