About the house
3 bedroom house walking distance to UTA business building. Lease starts August 1st. The bedroom and closet featured in the photos would be yours, and you are totally able to repaint the walls if purples not your vibe. You would be sharing the hallway bathroom with double sinks with just one person, as the other roommate has the master bedroom. In addition to rent you would be splitting WIFI, gas, electricity and water with the other 2 roommates which totals around $60 to $120 per month per person.

About the roomies
Current roomies are me (Nina, 25f) and Faith (23f). Since we each have a cat and our backyard is not totally enclosed, dogs are unfortunately a deal breaker. Ideally we would love to meet you for coffee and see if we are compatible before giving you a tour of the house.
