Two professional men are looking for a mature corporate professional, or quiet student, to rent a furnished bedroom with a private bath and large closet area. Rent includes all utilities (water, electric, gas, wifi) and there is a washer and dryer in the spacious 2 bedroom 3 bath condo unit. Prefer someone who travels during the week. On most weekends you'll have the place to yourself as we have a home in the suburbs we frequent.

The place is fully furnished with separate living and dining areas flanking a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook gourmet meals. The balcony offers a nice escape outside. The building offers a 24 hour doorman, business center, and has a nicely equipped workout facility too.

Public transportation is very close including both the CTA and Metra lines--both within easy walking distance.
