Hi! I’m Kaitlyn, a recent Duke grad moving to LA this fall for work in consulting and entertainment. I’m looking for a roommate to share a yearlong lease starting late August or early September (my start date is Sept 5).

A bit about me: I’m originally from the East Coast and love film, music, and animals (potentially interested in fostering a puppy!). I’m clean, communicative, and respectful of shared space and would love to live with someone who’s kind, responsible, appreciates creative spaces, and ideally is down for the occasional dinner party or fun outings.

I’ll be working full-time (likely hybrid, and long hours) and am hoping to land somewhere on the Westside (ideally Culver City/Palms), but I’m flexible for the right fit. If you’re also figuring out the move or want to team up on a place, would love to connect!
