1 Bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment. I just moved into the city and the old housemate is moving out of the city in July. This is a 3rd floor walk up that comes with easy package delivery, in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and 2 considerate housemates. Ideal housemate is LGBT friendly, supports black lives, believes in a cleaning schedule, doesn't smoke, and does not have a cat (allergic).
