I work full-time as an Administrative Assistant at CPP Investments in Toronto. I have excellent credit (mid-700s), a strong rental history, and always pay rent on time. I’m quiet, responsible, and looking for a long-term place.

Ideally, I’m hoping to find another female to co-lease a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment together. I’m very open to exchanging information upfront (credit score, proof of income, references) before applying and signing a lease.

Location-wise, I’m looking to stay downtown with good TTC access and close to amenities, but I’m also open to midtown.

My preferred move-in date is February 1, though I’m flexible. Happy to share documents and jump on a quick Zoom call to make sure it’s a good fit.
