I'm an early riser during the weekdays, and often spend a decent amount of time outside of the house exploring around the city and taking pictures.
I also spend a lot of time going out at night and would love to live with someone who's okay with me coming home late during the week/weekend at random times or even coming out with me!

I am more than fine with people, parties, and events being hosted at the apartment as long as I know it's happening. I would appreciate it if my roommate (and hopefully future friend) would be okay with it too, as you would be invited to join.

I have a cute orange kitten, and thinking about getting a second, so you would also have to love cats! I hope to find a place where there can be 2 bathrooms because of this.
