Jordan S - $850/month

I'm a local and escaped my abusive family and have been couch surfing since. I'm looking for a stable living situation ASAP. I would not be safe at a shelter. I'm also open to sharing a room and splitting the rent with someone who has limited income (disability, shitty job, etc).

I am currently looking for jobs in Seattle and possibly Everett. I have savings and disability income and have never had a late payment.

I'm available to move in at any time, sooner the better.

About me:
- I'm definitely more introverted, I spend most my time in my room, but would like some interaction with roommates.
- I don’t drink or smoke
- I'm very quiet and tend to keep to myself. Unlikely to have many guests (if at all, over) if I do, I'll let you know in advance
- I'm a kind, honest person. I love animals, specifically dogs but I like cats too
- I don't have many hobbies currently, I watch movies and shows on my laptop, listen to music and read
- I don't smoke, okay with weed, just preferably not smoked in the same room as me. I can't deal with cigarette smoke though. Vapes of either variety are totally fine.
- I like to keep things organized, I clean up after myself, and I do chores right when they need doing
- I don't have any pet or food allergies
