My husband and I are looking for a new roommate to move in between now and the beginning of September (the sooner the better). Our current roommate is moving back home to India and we have a private room and private bathroom available. We would be adding you onto our current lease, which is up for renewal in January 2020.

A little about us. We have two awesome kitties. My husband is a mechanical engineer and works during the day. I'm an actor and work mostly in the evenings. We are looking for someone who is down to go out for drinks during happy hour, watch movies and make popcorn at home, go for a hike, go to the beach, or go to a music festival or concert. Basically, if you’re down to earth and like to have fun then you’ll be a good fit.

The Breakdown:

Rent = $1,600/month

Security Deposit = $500

Parking = $40-$60/month

Utilities (Internet, Gas, Water, Electricity) = $60-$70/month

Main Perks:

We don’t have cable but have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and HBO
