She's a scientist that specializes in the analysis in works of art. She loves cooking (pasta, of course), taking pictures, going to movies, climbing and swimming. She's also very clean and tidy.

You're not a kleptomaniac, ex-convict, or creeper. They just want to live with someone who's cool, liberal-minded, has a good sense of humor, pays their bills on time, is laid back, rational, and super easy to get along with. Emotionally unstable/moody/grumpy/passive aggressive roommates just aren't fun. Or if you're the type to never come out of your room--it just makes things awkward after a while. So being slightly social helps. You're not the type to throw raging parties, though. It's a low-key household. :) Also ideal--you're clean, like it neat and regularly contribute but are not anal. And you are a non-smoking professional that is super good at the whole adult thing. So...yeah.

Wicker Park apt in GREAT location. Fully furnished with parking - March 1st
Hello! So one roommate is moving into his own place and now we need a replacement! This ad is insanely long and detailed, I know, but just trying to make this as easy as possible and save us both time. Hope to talk to you soon! :)
About the apartment...
Fully furnished apartment (and bedrooms) and stocked kitchen.
Your room is fully furnished and has a full sized bed, dresser, nightstand, desk and shelf. The large bookshelf is currently disassembled and under the bed. There is no storage so we dont have a place to move the furniture if you don't need it.
Apartment is fully decorated so no new extras needed.
You have an option of a parking space.
Flatscreen in the living room with Netflix & Hulu.
A 7 minute walk to the Blue Line Division stop, North Ave, Division, Ashland and Milwaukee bus lines.
A short bus ride directly to North Ave beach.
The 606 trail starts right down the street if you want to have a nice trail to run/walk/bike.
Outdoor pool right behind the apt
Walking distance to the grocery store and bars.
Right in the middle of one of the best neighborhoods in the city (Wicker Park) but away from all the chaos.
Right near 90/94 but an extremely peaceful, quiet street.

Your room
It's fully furnished with a full sized bed, lamp, dresser, desk, closet and bookshelf (if you prefer--it is currently disassembled and under the bed). You will share a bathroom. The room is $950.
Misc stuff
Deposit ($950) needed to secure the room. When you move in you pay the first months rent. While there is no official lease, if you want we can get a notorized document indicating you paid the deposit. Or we can just send an email stating the situation. Or neither. Your call, though. It's never been an issue.
The apt is on the third floor. No elevator.
If you need a parking space it's yours.
Utilities range from $45 to $85 depending on the time of year (this includes gas, internet, and electric). Everyone has a utility in their name.
Looking for someone to commit to at least a year.
Move in date is March 1st.
