I do marketing and operations for an online startup and I have my own side projects centered around conscious shopping (ethical and sustainable products). I like hiking, boxing, basically any outdoor activity, rock climbing, taking my dogs on walks, running, going to the gym… that’s usually how I spend my spare time! I’m pretty chill, quiet.

Beautiful, Newly Renovated Home - Females Only
Beautiful, completely newly renovated.
Comes with the furniture (not the decor or bedding - you can decorate however you want!). Brand new mattress.
Shared bathroom with one other roommate. Has a tub & lots of storage.
There are two couch/seating areas so plenty of space for everyone to chill & have people over if you want. TV & big couch in the living room. Fully stocked, clean kitchen. Large laundry room & garage space.
Cute patio with flowers and seating.

Important:
I have two big dogs - a pitbull (not that big) & an Italian Bull Mastiff. They are super sweet, don’t have any people or animal aggression, & are generally really well-behaved. They spend most of the time sleeping in my room with me while I work. I exercise & train them a lot so they are pretty chill most of the day. But they are big and sometimes get rowdy. I keep them gated off in the kitchen when I’m gone. I also have a 20-year-old cat who basically just sleeps all day.
I do have to go out of town sometimes for work. During those times I usually have someone stay with my animals.
I work from home, so I’m pretty much always here. I work long hours, 6 days a week.
I don’t have a ton of people over, but my parents are from California and might come stay sometimes (they’d obviously stay in my room).
House Rules:
Since there will be three people living here, these are things I think will make everyone more comfortable:
No strange guys sleeping over. It’s a safety thing you know? True crime podcasts...
Everybody chips in to keep the common area clean. Tidy up your stuff when you’re done somewhere. That sort of thing.
If you’re having people over, communicate it to the other roommates.
