Low 30’s, gay, male professional seeks room for rent in downtown/lower Manhattan. I am a full time W2 salaried employee and I work 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) at the office. I am looking to spend no more than $1,600 per month.

As a roommate I tend to be independent and I am not big on entertaining at home. I am not big on cooking and tend to eat out or order in most nights.

Personally my interests are varied and include; art, video games, entertainment, travel, snowboarding, and trying out new restaurants to name a few.
