Big, cozy, spacious apartment on the first floor, with a massive backyard, hard wood floors, very high ceilings.
- Duplex with 4 total bedrooms
- 2 upstairs room are taken, one by designer and other by a PHD student, both 9-5
- I am subletting living room + bedroom + small bathroom downstairs
- 4th room will be multi-use, storage, studio, guests etc.
VERY PRIVATE SPACE with it's own BATHROOM and ACCESS TO BACKYARD.
Basically the whole basement to yourself. Yes, it's not much light, but it's also very cozy, quiet and private.
The room can comfortably fit a queen sized bed, desk, dresser and a table. This room comes with a queen-size bed and mattress, TV, dresser, a small couch in the living room.
