Hi! Looking for someone to share an apartment with,- preferably until the end of April- but you can take over the lease if you’d like to stay longer. It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in a nice, clean, quiet neighbourhood. You would be sharing the apartment with my dog ( a 10m old husky boy pup) and I. I work from home and enjoy my quiet me-time after a work day but down to socialize as well. Enjoy cooking and watching Netflix. Often out for little walks or long walks with my dog! Theres a bus stop right outside the building, 6-8 mins bus ride to eglinton west & east station. Takes roughly about 30-35 mins of commuting to downtown.

The room has a walk-in closet. Apartment has a balcony, dishwasher, den and in-suite washer/dryer. There’s parking and additional storage available for extra $ from management. Rent is $1273 plus added utilities (hydro and internet)= $1335.
