I'm a recent Penn State grad who will be working in Midtown starting this summer.

I enjoy reading, cooking, and curling. I'm looking to get into sailing and fleshing out a home server.
I like to keep common areas clean and am pretty chill. Don't mind if you smoke or have pets. (Not the biggest fan of dogs though).

I'm looking for anything in Middle/Lower Manhattan, UES, LIC, Astoria, or Greenpoint. Prefer to keep things around $1500 but willing to go up to ~1700.
