Hi New Roommate!

I'm a laid back 50 year old chess teacher (for money) who also hosts a radio show (not for money) and is producing a tv pilot (if we get picked up, this'll be for plenty of money). I like sharing a meal now and then, and often offer a plate if I'm cooking. Positive minded, I like to keep the shared spaces clean, but comfortable and pleasant to be and live in.

Because of the radio and TV stuff, I'm a bit of a news-wonk.

I'm looking for a roommate who is easy to live with in all the ways that's usually important.

2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and living room available

Great apartment with a ton of natural light. 3 skylights, roof access, dishwasher and new-ish appliances abound. Floors are hardwood. Right on Church ave, we're literally a 2 minute walk to the F/G trains and 30 seconds from the B35 and other busses.

There's a cat here, and room for one more if you have. My apologies, but no dogs. Although I love them, I don't think my cat would be able to adjust.

The bedrooms can be had either individually by two unrelated people, or a couple. It's a very nice flexible situation in this way.
