I am looking for a roommate (or two max) to occupy the second bedroom in my apartment. The occupant(s) will have a separate restroom/washroom. The rent in the listing is per person if there are two people residing in the apartment. The total rent with utilities (water, sewage and trash) and internet included hovers around $ 2830 or so per month. Electricity is extra. This is a 2-bed 2-bath apartment located in a quiet Community in North Redmond. I occupy one of the rooms with my dog. Fairly close to downtown and has all the amenities. Its part of Avalon at Bear Creek. Occupant(s) will have their own room and bathroom and we will be splitting the utilities and the internet. If interested after checking out the place, there is cash payment for the application fee of $ 60. No pets or children please. Thanks. Rent + Water + Sewage + Trash = $ 2830. That’s, approximately $ 1415 per person per month for two residents. And then Electricity comes down to roughly $ 40 per person.
